Take your soul on vacation and enjoy a week in Croatia filled with magical mornings of powerful yoga practices and guided mindfulness meditations. Evenings covered with relaxed gentle flows and yin sessions.



Yoga Styles: Vinyasa Flow, Yin & Restorative Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation

Skill level: Basic Yoga Knowledge, Intermediate, Advanced

Language: English - But of course I also speak German

Yoga Mats: Please bring your own mat!

SOUL VILLA


We will stay in a beautiful and modern Villa located in the small village of Ruzici on the eastern coast of the Istrian peninsula. In front of the villa there is a large and inviting pool where you can enjoy the sun and relax with a cold and refreshing drink. If you like to spend your vacation more actively, bicycles are available for you to discover and explore the surroundings.

SOUL FOOD


To keep this retreat very open and flexible only breakfast will be included (if you book package 2). So you have the choice of either going out for food or cooking by yourself or together with others. Optional I will offer a breakfast package (also called package 2) if you would love to have a fresh smoothie bowl or a healthy salty breakfast in the morning. For pricing information scroll down to the booking information. Breakfast will be wholesome, mostly organic and plant-based to nourish you on your retreat. I will prepare the food myself, since I’ve worked (still do a little) as a recipe creator and vegan chef I’ll take any food allergies or special diets into account. Just let me know and provide everything that’s important to you in the booking information.

BREAKFAST WILL CONSIST OF THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS:

- mostly organic & natural foodstuffs, quality protein (nut butters) + whole grains

- an abundance of greens

- fresh smoothie bowls

- organic tea, coffee (milk: oat & almond), water with citrus

SOUL LOCATION


Just like the majority of Istrian villages, the village of Ružići, just a short drive from the eastern coast, guarantees a relaxing and peaceful vacation. Thanks to the traditional stone houses surrounded by rolling hills, agricultural land and olive fields, the village represents the idyllic Istria. If you want to explore the nearby towns, the coastal towns of Labin and Rabac have an excellent selection of cafes and good restaurants where you can try traditional Mediterranean specialties.

SOUL PRACTICE


During our morning practice we will incorporate about 10 minutes of Mindfulness Meditations to focus on the present moment using breathing practices, mental imagery, muscle and body relaxation. A 60 minute Vinyasa Flow class will be next. If you have ever experienced a beautiful, demanding Flow Yoga class, you know the wonderful feeling: Energy pulses through your body, you feel alive and free - and at the same time completely relaxed, calm and clear. Journaling follows afterwards to focus on the positive and important things in life through targeted notebook entries. 

SPECIAL: You can also book a Mental Training with me during the retreat. (reduced price for the retreat) In these sessions we take some time to talk about a topic in your life where you want to explore more or simply boost your further growth and happiness. Limited spots. ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR - ANDREA

Andrea is an energetic Vinyasa Flow teacher, Mental Trainer and Nutritionist spreading joy through yoga, mindfulness and healthy food. Teaching from her heart, she believes in supporting and guiding her students to unveil their fullest potential.

Andrea has travelled the world to learn from different teaching techniques in Costa Rica, New Orleans, San Francisco, Bali and London. At the moment she teaches with a special interest in Chakra Vinyasa Flow and is absolutely committed to a balance of active asanas, breath work, restorative practices and meditation.

07:00 - 08:15 am: Mindfulness Meditation + 60 minute Vinyasa Flow -Pleasure & Journaling

Around 8:30 and 9:00 am Breakfast

06:00-07:15 pm: Gentle Flow & Yin Yoga Practice

TUESDAY 20th of July: DAY 2 ACROSS THE SUN

07:00 - 08:15 am: Mindfulness Meditation + 60 minute Vinyasa Flow - Twists & Journaling

Around 8:30 and 9:00 am Breakfast

06:00-07:15 pm: Gentle Flow & Yin Yoga Practice

WEDNESDAY 21st of July - DAY 3 ROOM TO GROW

07:00 - 08:15 am: Mindfulness Meditation + 60 minute Vinyasa Flow - Out of your Head & Journaling

Around 8:30 and 9:00 am Breakfast

06:00-07:15 Yoga Workshop instead of Yin Yoga

THURSDAY 22nd of July - DAY 4 WARRIOR OF LOVE

07:00 - 08:15 am: Mindfulness Meditation + 60 minute Vinyasa Flow - Heart & Journaling
