DESERT YOGA & MEDITATION PROGRAM
VINYASA FLOW & YIN YOGA
Consciously practicing mindfulness strengthens the connection between mind and body and offers us insights into what we are doing. In our sunrise morning sessions we will engage our thoughts, feelings and connection to our bodies. In our afternoon yin yoga classes we will embark on a soothing and restorative journey that invites us to look at the body with openness, tenderness and curiosity.
MINDFULNESS MEDITATION & THE ART OF JOURNALING
Focus on the present moment using breathing practices, mental imagery, muscle and body relaxation. Complementary Journaling helps us to focus on the positive and important things in life through targeted notebook entries.
HIDEAWAY CAMP

The hideaway is a magical hidden oasis located in the middle of the Agafay stone desert, 45 min away from Marrakech. The camp has ten 50m2 yurt tents, a restaurant and bar area to enjoy wonderful meals under the stars, a swimming pool and jacuzzi overlooking the desert landscape and a stunning sunset hill and yoga shala for our yoga practice.
All tents are equipped with conformable bedding, an en-suite bathroom and shower, a wardrobe with a small kitchenette, air conditioning to cool or heat and a private outdoor terrace to enjoy the breathtaking views. Every yurt tent has a window in the roof overlooking the stars.

For a longer stay in Marrakech we can connect you to the beautiful riad BE MARRAKECH in the city center to spend some extra nights before or after the retreat.

Be Agafay serves healthy and delicious cuisine that has a unique formula of spices, tastes, and flavors. Their meals are cooked and prepared with a passionate touch and a lot of details to the ingredients. The kitchen can accommodate various dietary requirements upon request (e.g. gluten-free).
Typical breakfast would look like this:
A plate of cut up fresh seasonal fruits
A variety of Moroccan vegan bread served with traditional Amlou (Moroccan almond/peanut butter), honey from the Atlas Mountains or syrup and seasonal jam
Avocado toast OR hummus toast OR eggplant with tomatoes onions and garlic
Chia pudding OR oatmeal sweetened with brown sugar
Granola made with honey and nuts served with non dairy milk
An orange juice, coffee, and/ or mint tea.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
ANDREA
Andrea is the founder of INSYNC CLUB, a club that combines Events + Retreats in Vienna and all around the world with a focus on plant-based food, yoga, naïve art and community. Based in vibrant Vienna, Andrea has travelled the world to learn from different teaching techniques in Costa Rica, New Orleans, San Francisco, Bali and London. At the moment Andrea teaches with a special interest in Chakra Vinyasa Flow and is absolutely committed to a balance of active asanas, breath work, restorative practices and meditation.

Transfer to the desert resort from the airport (45 min) - Pickups from the airport can be provided: Marrakech airport pickup or drop-off: 80 € per van per transfer (up to 7 people) We’ll make sure you’ll get connected to people who are arriving at the airport at the same time.
